have the 2 filters on the right side that has the bolt through the filter Assembly and has the glass bowls with a drain incorporated into the bolt that goes up through the filter.(quoted from post at 12:28:48 03/22/22) If you are still having problems with fuel flow. Check for flow out of the line at the tank by taking line off tank if good then check at filter then before pump. Guy from dad's church had a newer model of same tractor like an 84 series would not flow and would not start. I started at the tank and the fitting that went from the filters to the pump on the right side was plugged with some slimy crud in the elbow like fitting once out it ran flawlessly Just keep moving towards the pump with flow should run a full line. I am going to assume you have the spin on filters since you are asking about a water drain on the filters If not then recheck for the filter location if on top that is your fuel restriction. This would only apply to the CAV style filters with the glass bowl.
