IHC 1066 Hydraulics

My second 1066 has hydraulic issues. It will slowly lift the loader but will not lift a bale.

I've done pressure test and flow rate. Pressure will come up to about 950 psi but no flow rate. If I turn it down to get flow, I get 400 psi pressure. I have changed the pressure relief valve for one that I know is good but no difference.

Is the pump shot?

Change hydtaulic filter
Get ready for pump.

Pump is shot. Get a new pump and replace the relief valve with the higher pressure one and it will lift all the rear end hold.
Pump is behind reverse cover. The 5 sided looking plate.

Did ya pull the top link cover plat off and look in there to the upper right side to see if you have any excessive fluid dumping going on . ??

I did change the filter. No difference

What is the largest pump one can get for a tractor like this? How high can I go with the pressure relief valve?

I have 4 inch cylinders on the FEL so it is slow going with the pump I have.
