IHC 684 serial number location

I have a 684 IHC with a 2250 loader. I've looked all over and can't find the serial number. Could it be hidden under the loader?

It probably is under the loader bracket on the cast piece on the right side above the axel. The early 684s had white side panels covering the radiator the later ones had red panels.

Donald is right, above front axle on right side.....and underneath your loader bracket.....

My brother's 684 is a UK built one and the chasis serial number plate is on the left hand side of torque tube. Engine number is by oil filter.

Mine is behind / below the front fuel filter, right hand side.
