IHC 950 feed grinder

Been looking for a tub grinder,mosts are too big for what I need. A friend told me to locate a 950 IHC feed grinder. Do they operate like a tub grinder? Anyone have pics? my boys need it to grind plastic' thet are using hammermills but the ones we have are too small. Anyone help with info on this feed grinder or other ideas? thanks in advance
 
The IH 950 feed grinder mixer {built by Artsway} is a hammer mill with a mixing tank. I don't think that is what you are looking for.
