IHC Side Delivery Hay Rake Teeth Clips.

I'm getting ready to restore a No. 11 IHC 2 point fast hitch hay rake which is very similar to the No. 15 which is more common. I am looking for the IHC clips that mount with the (100) single tine rake teeth on the five bars. It is a very simple stamped metal part (p/n 458194R2) which is still available at the cost of $4.00 each. My rake at present has a mix of several different types of clips at present one of which is for New Holland hay rakes. The NH clips are sold in various places for less then $10 for a quantity of 25. Is anyone aware of the IHC clips being produced aftermarket and in like quantities somewhere where they could be obtained for a reasonable price? I just can't use the NH clips on a IHC rake restoration. Used clips from a salvage IHC No. 15 rake would be fine as well if I can locate enough to go with what I already have. I've tried the classifieds on this site several times with no response; any suggestions would be most appreciated, Hal.

Hal do you remember that old rake you looked at a few years back up here?? I know it is an IH but not sure it would have the correct clips your looking for. You do know you can buy it from me for scrap price don't you. Well I think you still have my number and if not you know how to e-mail me. I may walk out there later and look at it to see if it has the single or double clips

Thanks Rich for your response. I don't recall what the clips were like as that has been a few years ago. At the time I was running down another 2 piece bolt together dolly wheel which turned out to be the most difficult part to find of everything I needed. I knew the clips were still available so didn't look for them early on. It has took me 4 or 5 years to run down everything except the clips which I needed to restore the rake. Take care and guess you are getting hay ready as well so when we have a few days of no rain in the forecast it will be coming down around here, Hal. P.S. I sent you an email.

I have some tooth clips in a box that I don't know what rake they fit . . . could be IH, could be NI. I'll have to get a picture up for you.
