Implement green paint code

Would anyone happen to know the color name and or paint code for the older Case implements? I have a running gear that I'm hoping to get blasted and paint this spring/summer, provided I get time between work and sleep to finish it before a local festival in August. I'm envisioning it being mostly Flambeau Red but the rims and the hoist I would like to have the implement green. So if anyone has the paint code/color that would be very helpful to me getting that set up for when I'm ready to paint.

If you look to the LEFT of the main page of Yesterdays tractors you will see research and info. .Click on Paint codes, and you will get the paint code for your tractor manufacturer. Take that code to your local Automotive paint store and they will mix that for you. They will guide you to mix the hardener and accessories you need. Cheers! CM

I clicked on that link, Chuck and they don't list code/color for Case implements. Hopefully someone may have a specific color name or I'll just wing it and make up my own.

This past Fall I faced a similar dilemma with a utility carrier. I went with Rustoleum Hunter Green and am pretty pleased with the results. I plan on using it this Summer on a VWTA 66 as well. One of my VWTA's has green spindles and hubs and the other one is all Flambeau Red. Don

For Case implement green I have a Martin-Senour paint code 99L8748 This and several other Case color paint codes can be found on the JI Case Collectors web page

Don's idea of hunter Green is used by many. Some also use the older oliver Green and some new idea Green. All are very close. I'm not sure anyone has an original paint code for that color.

From my personal observations, the shades of Case implement colors varied noticeably over the years, I have a late model C plow with two distinctly different shades of green from pieces painted at different places during manufacture, one is a shade that is close to hunter green and the other parts are very close to John Deere green. I would pick the implement green that you like best and be happy!
