July 3 1942 I came into this world. When I wake up I will be 79. Not much different tomorrow. Will look at a mowing job to do next week. Just another day. Stan

Happy birthday Stan. You were conceived just a couple of months before Pearl Harbor.
Did your dad have to go off to the war?
If so it must have been hard.

Must have been a popular month and day for births. I know of a few more. My wife turns 71 this morning. Born at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. Took her parents about 5 months to move south because it get's cold up there. My mother-in-law is from Texas. Father-in-law was from Mora, Minnesota.

Happy Birthday Stan,
I bet you've never been this old before.
Keep doing what you are doing. It seems to be working.
Have a HAPPY DAY.

Good for you! Happy B-Day I just pray that I can keep on keeping on like you in nine years when I catch up to you. That mowing and things you do keeps you going, I'm hoping for the same result.

My Dad was just a little older that most young men. He was also a farmer. I'm sure a lot of GIs ate some of his lima beans he grew. Stan
