Info lever yanmar fx24d

I recently bought a yanmar fx24d but I do not have a lot of tractor experience.
Could someone tell me what the lever indicated in green on the picture in attachment is for?

I believe that might be a "creep" control. Using that you should be able to start putting it in the shed early morning and get it in there by dark. <E>:mrgreen:</E>
