Any ideas where to get a return line that fits. Both ends are 1/8” inverted flare male nuts with an 8” copper tube. I haven’t been able to find 1/8” tube that will flare. And forget about finding 1/8” fittings.plugging the return line causes the engine to stop. and maybe pump seal damage.
The 18” copper that I found was soft refrigerator tube. Every time I tried to get a good flare it would split and leakno problem at all to buy 1/8" copper line. , nor to flare it. so not sure what your getting at.
Not in 8”Do u have a double flaring tool with the buttons to do the job ?
That won't work at the tank end..Change the fittings over to compression sleeves and forget flaring.
Dunno why the O.P.'s posts show "8"" instead of 1/8"???Huh??? U cut the line to length then u flare it. I can tell now u have no flaring experience.
Why , how is that flare fitting attached to the tank? That won't work at the tank end..
Does it look like this?A special "Tee" in rite front of tank. The inj leakoff has tube that goes to top of tank inside and the other line goes to inj pump on return side.
Actually the other end opposite the fuel tank went into the side of the block. I’ll get pics of that. Both ends use an inverted flare male nut that attach to inverted flare female fittings. The fitting on the tank cannot be changed unless I take the whole unit out of the tank. I’m working on a different setup but there’s different sizes and types that I have to figure out before I get the parts. I got a fitting to go in the block to change to 1/4” and I have 1/4” tube. Then I found out I can’t change the fitting on the tank. So I’m trying to figure out how to attach the 1/4” inch tube to the tank.A special "Tee" in rite front of tank. The inj leakoff has tube that goes to top of tank inside and the other line goes to inj pump on return side.
