Injector pump rebuild kit CAV

Hey. I have an injector pump on a mf30 industrial
that is leaking severely. Even when the motor isn?t
running. I am looking for info on rebuilding it and
where to find a kit. It?s an AD 203 Perkins engine.
The numbers on the pump are 3240F938.

They have seal kits, but unless you really know what you are doing it's best to have someone who has experience reseal it for you. Dieseltech here on the forums would be good to do the job.

If you are slightly mechanically inclined, you will be able to do it yourself. I resealed my own on a Massey 175, with no diesel experience.
With that being sad, as you disassemble, take pictures, take notes of part orientations. If you put everything back exactly as it was, it will work. If you go to fast and forget how everything goes together, you will have problems. It's not a 1 hour job. I took 12 hours to break down an reassemble, and I still put the Cam ring in backwards (part #7 in third link), which took a couple hours of head scratching to figure out.
