injector pump

I have a TD6 bulldozer, 6 cyl. and the year i belive is 1962. I am looking for a drawing on the injector pump.
The linkage going from the hand throttle rod down to the injector pump. Where it hooks to the shat that regulates rpm i.e. power and fuel it leaks profusely the more the rpm, it leaks around the shaft that goes inside nthe pump it leaks right at the entry to the pump, all away around the shaft. when it idels it is a tiny drip, the faster the rpm the more it leaks. IS THERE A SEAL WORN OUT OR GASKET??

MUCH APPRECIATED

Does it have the Roosamaster/Stanadyne pump on it?
I know many of the later TDs with 6 cylinder engines use the DBGFC631 pumps. If so, the throttle shaft seals are an easy fix - but . . .
The pump housing might be overpressurizing due to some failed plastic inside the pump. Need more info. Pump internal housing pressure should not exceed 8 PSI.
