I sold a set, complete with the chained-on lynch pins like that, for $75. But that was quite a few years ago. Haven't even seen any for sale recently. They aren't common anymore.

My brother bought a set a couple years ago and he paid about that. They are getting harder to find though.

Dad made 2 pairs, with measurements it’s just 2 straps of steel, drill 4 holes, bend in a vice.

$75 sounds about right to me.

I really like this style, if your tractor has the drawbar bracket with the 2 ears.

I bought mine from CNH about 20 years ago, P/N 230917. I doubt they are available any more, so I'd ask at least a hundred bucks for the pair. Two hundred for the pair if you sandblast and paint them.

I'd sell those drawbar brackets separately, but I don't think they are as hard to find as the bars.

I must be lucky, I have a 641 851 961 and all have the axle brackets and were there when I bought the tractors. The bars are cheap. I really like them.

I have them on two Fords. Your dad must have had a very heavy vise.

Dad loved the torch, a pliers, a hammer, and a crescent wrench. The rest of the tools in the shop were just backup only if needed….

I should have mentioned the torch I guess.
