Installing track idler

How do you attach Track idlers to the frame on a t340. are they a press fit or welded in? Thanks

Do you mean the top roller? If so, you heat up the mounting hole and cool down the shaft (I had it in my freezer), and then it will go right in and tighten up as the temps return to normal.
