I replaced the Instrument Cluster on a Ford 3600 tractor and now the fuel gauge won't work any ideals?

It wouldn't be hard to pull the fuel sender out and test it with a VOM. Also, make sure the sender is grounded by doing a continuity test on it. There should be a wire that hooks to the center of the sender and grounds it to the back of the cluster.
I bought a couple of Tisco clusters a while back that were returned for one reason or another. On one the tach doesn't work so if you need a temp gauge I would be willing to part out the temp sender.

There is a difference between some original sending unit/gauges and current replacement sending unit/gauges. Your old sending unit and new gauge may not be compatible.

Early X600 tractors fall right into this category.

There are different sender values between earlier and later clusters. If you got the later style plastic cluster you've probably got the wrong one...

Just thinking out loud here but he says it's the fuel gauge is not working. Does the temp gauge work?
If the temp gauge is working ok then I wouldn't assume it's the voltage stabilizer. Right?

make sure the power wire is bridged across between the guages. make sure the wire from the sending unit goes to the right post of the fuel guage. grounding the sender lead on the back of the gauge and then opening it should make the gauge move fully across.. so test it first. could simply be a bad gauge.

The Temp gauge doesn't work one reason I changed it that and the Tach didn't work. I haven't had a chance to work on it yet to check anything out been to hot.
