Internation Cub Lo-Boy whining

I have a 1963 Lo-Boy that's been sitting for 5 or 6 years. It wasn't running well before that. I solved that problem. The gas tank had a lot of loose scale in it and the carburetor needed to be cleaned out. It runs well now. But there is a whine to it when moving that I don't remember being there before. It may have been there, I just don't remember it. Seems to show up when a little bit of a load is put on the drive line like when going up hill. It sounds like it's coming from the transmission and/or the rear end. Not the final drives. The gear oil is full. Is this normal or is the tractor trying to tell me something?
Thanks

Does it only whine in one gear or all of the gears? How long have you driven it around?

I'm wondering if it just needs to be driven around more in road gear, so that the gear lube splashes around and lubricate all the bearings?

Is it a medium-high pitched whine, or lower pitched?
