International 424 diesel glow plug problem

I have a 424 that has the glowplug on the number 4 cylinder pops out within 2 hours of operation. New plug didn't last and blew out in a hour. Any ideas?
 
Hi Mel,
Are the threads in the head damaged? IIRC the glow plugs are like spark plugs and screw into the head.

I guess solution would be same as stripped spark plug hole.
