I'm new to this style of tractor and trying to figure out how the 2 knobs work. Top left one screws in and out about an 1" while the bottom screws in and out about 1/2". Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you

The Isolator valve should always remain OPEN unless you have a Remote hydraulic cylinder connected where the AUX Plug is.
If you close the Isolator valve with the engine running and the plug installed you could damage the hydraulic pump.
The Flow valve in the OUT position allows full flow of the hydraulic pump to go to the 3PT hitch around 6 GPM depending on version of pump on your B414, in the Pushed IN and turn to hold it restricts the hydraulic flow to the 3PT to about 3 GPM, this allow slower lift of the 3PT hitch.
I used to use it Pushed IN for mowing with 3PT sickle mower, when a I a woodchuck hole approach the rear front of rear wheel, I would pull the 3PT Raise lever to top then pause and drop it again and it would lift the cutter bar enough to clear the woodchuck hole and then drop to the ground again making a perfect cut up and over the hole.

I used the picture off the Internet for reference. So the isolator should always stay in the open position which I'm assuming all the way out? There is a plug over the auxiliary and where the hose comes out. The flow only turns alittle bit about 1/4 to 1/2 turn not like the isolator which I can is about 3 turns. Also I'm finding out that parts for this tractor are hard to get in the US I had to purchase some stuff from Canada and the UK. Thank you for your help once I get the hang of using it I'll figure everything out.

The B series tractors were imported from England to Canada due to tariffs on farm equipment from the US. The tariffs were in place to protect Canada's domestic farm equipment manufacturing industry. Britain had preferential tariff treatment as a member of the Commonwealth . The series includes the B-275, B-414 and B-434 which all share some assemblies and parts.

Some parts are available from Mahindra in India as a huge number of the B tractors were exported there as well. Atlantic Products out of Florida is also a possible source for some parts as they seem to import items from India.
