1940's I H TD6
Starts on gasoline and then with a lever it switches to diesel.
Low hours, stored under cover, strong.

Where should I list this beast for sale.

my house!!!
sorry if that does not help, but that is what came to mind first.
top left side of screen below market place has a classified link
good luck :)
blade? winch? canopy? long track frame? what gauge? hi platform?

I just saw that... Duh...
No blade, looks like it was used for pulling a disc.
It hadn't beed started in 20 years or so, and I was he'll bent on running it. Had to high five myself when I started it, because nobody was there to see!!!
The owner passed away at 94 years and his son has asked me to help sell it. Love this tractor!
Neighbor has another TD6, could possibly be included as a parts source.
Need a resource for determining the data on this one.
Any ideas?
Pictures next week.

There are two ad sections at the top left of this page. One is "picture ads" where you can put a picture of the tractor. The other is "classified ads" where you can just put a word description.

Throw it up on your local craigslist.

I looked at a TD6 dozer this fall. Found the Guy on CL here in central MN. It was in OK shape. Tin was was dinged up. It had headlights and arm rests. It ran really well. He was asking $5,500.
Seemed firm on the price. I was really thinking hard on buying it. One more walk around the dozer I found the front idler yoke had a hair line crack. We was not going to take any off. So I passed.
I did find a 1960 TD-92 Dozer with straight blade in very nice shape. Turbo'd D282. Steering strong. Very good rear sprockets picked it up for $4,000.

Does it ha e a bad smell from working in the onion fields. Bummer.
My uncle had one great tractor he built his own blade for it.

Heading out to snap a few pics this weekend and to log the serial number plate.

THANKS ALL!!!

He also has a "popping Johnny" that he wants me to restore.

Oh great....
