International Tires IH?

I bought a SMDTA last week that had these "INTERNATIONAL" tires on it. Never have seen any like it. I was wondering if they were made for the IH tractors or if anyone has some information on them? The guy thought they may be the original tires. they are a 13.6-38 in fair shape. I posted a picture of the only "name" that I could find on them. Thanks in advance!

I am fairly sure that this tire sizing did not exist until after the letter series tractors were no longer in production. They probably are not original.

My question was more about the "international" stamp on the side rather than the tire size.

That was a very minor brand back in the early 1980's. Cheaply made. I don't remember who made them.

Couldn't have been too bad if they lasted 30 + years!

There was nothing in the book by Marsh about any tire division at IH. Most plants were discussed but no tire plant.

I have tires marked International on a Oliver 77 (13.6 x 38), been pulling with them for years. Very solid 6ply tires and they hook up real well.
