Hello dogsix, welcome to YT.
I'm a little confused on one of your posts, #26.
You list things fixed/worked on. For #6 on the list you mention an electric fuel pump. Is this correct? If so has it been removed and replaced with the copper line you mentioned at same place.
These NAAs should have been gravity feed from the tank to the carb.
When you are checking fuel flow is it at the drain pipe fitting at the bottom of the carb? The reason I ask is there is a wire mesh filter on the brass inlet elbow. If you just checked flow at the line the filter could be giving you a problem
One more thing. I was helping my cousin work on his NAA and I came across some notes; the carb was a MS-TSX428
