I just took a short walk out to our 70 acres of wheat. It looks great and will be ready to come out by the end of June. The irony is that I recently found out that I have a condition that prevents me from eating wheat gluten for the rest of my life. Oh' how I will miss those wonderful breads. But considering I've only been off wheat for a couple of days and am already feeling better it is certianly for the best.

Things could be worse. Imagine if you could eat the bread but not be able to farm the wheat.
Then what?
I'd find a yuppie bread made out of seaweed or something and keep on farming.

you might try oat bread if you can find it..or buy oatmeal and run it thourgh the blender dry and use that to bake your own bread. a friend of mine is alergic to wheat also and cannot have it. good luck.
