Is this a G?

Was at a metal recycling yard near Omaha ne and this was there. Looks kinda like a g but as you can see from the pics was in a fire. Not sure if anything would be usable.

Definetly not a G. It maybe a Tuff-Built or a Hefty or some other that was pattered after the G. The small air cooled engine was not used on the G, a Continental N-62 4 cylinder entine was used.

Makes sense. The flat top fenders were a bit odd but I am not that familiar with them.

Its a Tuff-built, a Hefty has a square tube frame instead of the round tube.
Sadly, Id say its where it belongs. Shame, they were nice gardening tractors
