It only took fifty years

We started with the walk behind blowers and eventually transitioned to the garden tractors with the blowers and all their frustrations .... and now we finally have the equipment to face whatever winter has to bring. I suppose the next transition will be a cabbed tractor.

You don't need a cab. With that setup you should be done before you start getting cold. Them rear view mirrors are a good idea. Where did you get them? I need to put some on my 5067 for raking hay.

I,m with Jim. For a blower, front is the only way to fly and agree on the cab. For snow, I like options. If that is your current weather, it doesn't look like it really matters.View attachment 4150
Are there and do you have other front implements for the Kubota? Other then the mower deck?
I have a virtual twin made by Gravely and would like to find the street sweeper attachment for it.
As well as a parking lot blower attachment.

Any truck parts desk will have mirrors

If this question is for me, no, just mower and blower. I think jm used to have a sweeper for a F Kubota. As for a blower, where I retired from had a 16 HP blower that rode around on 4 large bogie wheels we pushed around with our X-Marks.

Obtained the convex mirrors off Ebay & used leftover garage door opener arms to mount.
Best to get one with an offset connection point.

I see your tractor is reading the morning paper.
At least the tractor can read the classifies while working.
:ROFLMAO:

I think it was close to 0 oF that day. I put a hair dryer on the carb while I have coffee and breakfast, then it fires right with the old 6V + ground system.

I've seen radiators slush up and stop flowing even when the coolant was still liquid when you first start it (happened to me on a 1967 Plymouth). The cover helps things warm up quicker and lets engine get up to a good operating temp and eliminates any condensation in the engine that's built up. I try to have all my coolant good to go to -25 oF these days.

I was doing the same thing today with my 1952 Ferguson, was a balmy 28 oF. That picture was my 1940 9N.

My thoughts on getting a cab tractor are biased because at my position on the rainbow ...... I do not need to clean up during a blizzard .... or on a windy day when the snow goes toward the "wrong" direction or when it's remarkably cold .......... I can just wait it all out.
The only pressure comes from getting the mailbox cleared for the carrier.
