After sitting in the weeds for the past 3 or 4 years, I just put the 860 back together and she purrs like a kitten. 12v conversion, complete rewire, electronic ignition, new manifold and exhaust, new gauges, and a carb rebuild for the old girl. First time I've done this much to one yet, and I've learned a lot.

A big thanks to everyone on this site. Without researching alot of previous posts and asking a few of my own questions, she would still be in the weeds.

Once these old workhorses are given some care and maintenance, they are pretty dependable. I bought one in pieces over ten years ago, put it back together, and have used it sparingly through the years but it has always been ready to go at the drop of a hat. Those pie weights will help with traction for the loader.
