There was some talk back in the early spring of J.D. stock being way off the mark. I took the opportunity and bought what I could afford when it was around $30. Anybody else buy in back in the spring?

Checked this A.M. and price was up to $53.

Hope it goes back to $92. Bought some years ago at 33, watched it go to 94, thought about selling but didn't. Then it tanked so bought some more at 25. If it gets close to the old high, I'm out of it! (Should have bought gold instead)!!

I plan to hold on as well. I am thinking if it gets to the old high of $92 I will sell though. That's still quite a gain and I would smile all the way to the bank on that one.

Remember, it went to $92 before it went to less than $25. I don't know where the price is going, but the PEG ratio is 2.25, which means the "investor" expects(?) the price to increase at 2.25 times the increase in earnings. That can't be sustained forever. If you want to own the stock and bought in the thirties, sit on it, you will probably never buy it cheaper. I would guess that it is going to look in the basement (thirties) before it explores the attic (ninties). Remember few if any in Congress understand energy, Gold is $1170/oz since no one want any money in their pocket becouse it is getting "chaffier" by the minute.
