It's 80* here today. You probably have almost the same. I drove to the Medical Center in downtown Houston Saturday to visit a buddy who is recovering from by-pass surgery. All the trees and shrubs are leafing out. Spring's here, but next week is Spring Break and we almost always have some kind of setback then. How is it up your way?

Sunshine and blue skies today in Mesquite.

CLTX,

The Woodlands?

Hmmm...seems to me that is a rich area with lots of rich folks, and also a place where the Clinton administration (after passing NAFTA) made it that if you were a rich Mexican businessman in Mexico you could just come there and build or buy a house and live without any sort of green card?

Tell me if I read wrongly about it, as you would know being you live there.

More of a planned retirement community, upscale, WASPs, with a few poor folks, including me. My wife had a house here when we married. She moved here to be near her grand kids. It was an unincorporated area until recently, with over 80,000 people. It recently was allowed by the state legislature to incorporate, to avoid being annexed by Houston.

I don't live in the Woodlands, But I service that area in my business. There are quite a few wealthy Mexicans living there. I don't know what there status is though.
