Hi Billy, I haven't been here in a few days (work & inlaws got in my way). At your suggestion I signed up over at the Smokestak site. The general consensus there seemed to be, as you suggested, the voltage regulator. A fella down in NC (Jim Hobbs at Lakeland Services Co) has a much simplified more modern replacement that I ordered the other day. Hope it is the fix, and that it gets here soon, power was out again yesterday for a few hours and it doesn't take long for the house to cool off when the temps get down in the single digits. Thanks for all of your help, I'll keep you posted...
