JD 1010 Governor snapped wide-open?

All of a sudden my tractor went to wide open and there was some rattling like ball bearing in front of engine so cked all linkages and spring they are in place. Anyone out there could me an idea of what I might be looking at that would be Big Help!!!

Well it blew a governor shaft weight and broke the shaft ears :cry: If anyone has a shaft with the weights please let me know....Governor#M17 09T Tractor ser# 1010RU 21657 Thanks
