JD 1250 losing power after a while

HI, my JD 1250 runs great, bush hogging and such, for sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes as hour or so. Then it begins losing power, sometimes missing. It seems it's starving for fuel or air. There is plenty fuel in the tank. I can't seem to find an air problem.

Any ideas on how/what to check?

Thanks. Yes, i've cleaned the fuel bowl, inline filters, many times, and changed the main fuel filter.

I'm leaning toward an air issue, as I forgot to mention, i bleed the fuel line points, and it seems to help. It seem to be really consistent, but in any case I need to figure out why I have to do that from time to time.

But on the other hand, when the issue happens after working for a while, the tractor just almost dies as the problem starts coming on, and at times I can barely get it to limp to the shed.

Have you checked to be sure tank is venting when engine is operating IE not creating a vacuum?

Thanks. Yes, i have, and have even completely removed it while mowing.

I"m gonna work on it some more today.
