Jd 2030 4219D Torque specs

I’m attempting to install a new to me 4219D in my 2030 this weekend and I’m trying to find a few torque specs with no luck. I can’t get a manual until sometime next week and was hoping someone on here may have the specs. I need the specs for the clutch plate to engine, flywheel, clutch assembly and crank pulley.

All of those should be standard torque. Reference chart in any John Deere or any manual usually. Loctite on the flywheel bolts and front pulley don’t skip that.

How did you get to this point without getting the TM1051 manual prior to this? It should have been the first "part" you ordered.

A couple things you may or may not have covered since you don't have a manual.

The rear main seal is in the flywheel housing (might be what you called the clutch plate) that bolts to the back of the block. Do you have the tool to install the seal? It should be a unitized seal now, not the old separate seal and wear sleeve. Installation of this unitized seal is not a drive it in deal. It has to be pressed in the flywheel housing to a set depth with a special tool, that pushes on both parts of the seal at the same time so as not to damage it, after the flywheel housing is mounted on the block. The tool also controls the installation depth.

If you have a dual stage (continuous running) clutch, did you have it apart? If so, there are required checks and adjustments to do during assembly of the clutch that are in the manual.

Depending on which clutch you have the finger height needs to be check and adjusted if needed by different methods. The clutch for the independent PTO uses a gauge. The dual stage (continuous running) clutch gets fingers checked to throwout bearing to see if adjustments are needed.

Torques:
Flywheel housing to Block 35 ft. lb. (3/8" NC Cap screws)
Flywheel to Crank 85 ft. lb. (1/2" NC Cap screws)
Pulley to Crank 85 ft. lb. (1/2" NC Cap screws)
Pressure plate to Flywheel 35 ft.lb. (3/8" NC Cap screws) (Manheim tractors 33 to 40 ft.lb.)
