Jd 2955 hyd problems

Hyds slowed down all at once. No hi-lo, centershift trans. Steering intermitant, screen and hyd main filter clean, no psi at rear remotes, oil flow into a bucket under filter housing is approx 2 gal/10 -15 second engine crank, observe oil running from above and oil movement thru hyd oil fill hole with 3pt raised. I have repair and operation and test manuals but no flowmeter. How can I check flow to front pump and if not in spec how can I isolate what is leaking? Hyd oil observed moving in hyd oil filler hole needs to be corrected.
