JD 2955 High Clearance on TD

High LIft ,High Clearance and High Crop are all the same?
Not necessarily, this depends if local slang/nicknames agree or are taken to mean the same thing as John Deere’s nomenclature. In other words, it depends what exactly was meant by whoever said or wrote that or otherwise conveyed that to you. I see there is also a “high capacity” 3 point lift option that may also fall under the description of “High Lift” as well.

Thank You for help

I don't find a single instance of the words "high lift" used to describe a JD 2955 anywhere in google, so I would assume whoever is using those words to describe the tractor, is using them incorrectly.

"High Lift" around here means a wheel loader.

Different brands use different terms, sometimes trademarked, to describe certain features. I have found instances where "high clearance" was used generically to describe a 2955.

Both links state the same" High-Clearance" if you read closely.

Mudders as they are in some areas called are on taller narrow tires for working in vegetable crops where it tends to be wet and needs a bit more clearance. I would like to find one for spraying and side dressing corn with. some also have a heavier drive in the axles and final drives . Usually the tires are what makes the height difference since they are usually on a tall tire for both ends and the gear sets might be a bit different for the front axle due to that. The drive train from what I under stand is a bit more robust then that is hearsay so for what it is worth.
