I have a '75 john deere 300 I just recently restored. I have a deck and snow blade, I was curious what other kinds of implements were out there for these 300 series tractors. I was also wondering about 3 pt hitches for these? I've seen people plow with them but was the 3pt a factory option or something people add later? How difficult would it be to add? I'm sorry for all the questions, any info on these tractors is greatly appreciated.

Rear tiller & snow blower were implements offered. IIRC 3 pt was available. Brinly garden plows such as moldboard & cultivator.

Also an aftermarket frt end loader was also offered built by Johnson.

Is it possible to add that 3pt if so how difficult would that be?

If your 300 doesn't have rear hyd breakaway couplers they would need to be added. 3 pt hitch with hyd cylinder just slide on rear of machine held by spring loaded pins.
