Thanks for the help on my reverser problem. Since finding out what I have and doing some research I have found my problem. Seems the reverser fluid is leaking back into the gear box as it is overfull and the reverser box is depleted of fluid. I can change the fluids and filter, but I suspect the problem will happen again. I am assuming there is a seal between the reverser and the gear box? Can this seal be changed with the reverser moved forward? Does the gear box use Hy-Gard like the reverser does? Thanks for your help

That does not sound possible. Sure you don't have a 350C and not a 350B?

350B transmission bolts to the reverser with no gasket and there's also a weep hole. If the reverser leaked, it would spill on the ground - not enter the transmission.

350C is a whole different story. The reverser powers the wet steering clutches and can fill them up with oil pretty fast once a leak starts.

I have seem reverser overfill transmission.Weep hole plugged oil going somwhere past seal om input shaft.Have to remove reverser might have bearing out any way.

I'd have to see one to belived it. Most 350s by now, are loose at the mounting area between the reverser case and transmission case and certainly not liquid-tight. Might be one out there somewhere, but I've never come across one, and I've probably worked on 100s.
