Gonna go look at a 4230 tomorrow.O/H on engine,new turbo,factory weights and has duals,comfort cab.Seller says trans oil leak,may know more about that tomorrow.Their asking 7000.00.Any thoughts or comments from you guys out there in YT land?Thank's.

The rock shaft seals can leak and it will take seals or new rockshaft.It says 4320 but also says 4230 but assuming it has factory turbo been O.H.has weights that would be half price if its nice.Tires,clutch,hours can make several thousand difference.I bought a below average 4320 factory cab with 158 loader w/joystick it did run good but batteries and clutch and tires were below average Tractor brought $7200 w/loader at auction.

If the leak is coming from the clutch housing, its more than likely the two piston seals leaking for the pto. A split job and an adjustment to the pto lever. chris

larry also has a misprint. I'm sure he meant loadshaft instead of rockshaft.

D-you are right I meant load shaft.I was talking to someone about installing third valve and getting rockshaft covers cut right and it just stuck.My advice is worth what it costs as it isn't always 100% right.
