JD 4630 Transmission Problem

I have a JD 4630 power shift, I have noticed when you put tranny in reverse it sounds like its grinding, I go back to neutral then back to reverse and its ok. Can anyone tell me what may be going on with tranny? Before I take it to JD dealer

Are you sure it's not the park pawl not fully disengaging. My 4020 does this. If I don't move the gearshift straight forward enough to get it completely out of park it will grind when the tractor moves. It is a very loud grinding noise. Could be your issue as well.
