There is a 1963 5010 coming up in an auction. How do you tell if it has a 5010 or 5020 engine besides the oil pan?

Just for a comparison a beautiful fully restored 5010 sold at a auction in eastern Iowa last Saturday for $45,000.00. It was really a nice tractor.

As built, the 5010 had 3 intake port runners,and the 5020 had 6 runners from the intake manifold to the head.

Wow. I'd say a fool and his money parted. No 5010 unless its the first or last one is worth even close to that. Makes me want to round up all the ones around here.

A 5020 had those extra short louvers on the back of the side screens. A 5010 just has the long ones.
