JD 7000 Planter

On a 7000 planter Is it better to stay with the std JD bean Cup Mec or go with the Kinze unites, Are they better?
They cost a lot & there are 16 to buy.
Are there any other kind?
Do the JD cup ones plant an even rate or are they different in each row?
What is best.

Best is a meter, Kinse or there may be others, hard to keep up what JD, Sloan, Shoup, and the rest sell.

I bought a planter years ago, got an assortment of cups from the used pile, and they planted all different, depending on wear. All new and they are still a bean spiller, not a real accurate thing.

I put a set of kinze meters in mine last year from shoup a difference from the old JD that were in it.Well worth the investment.

Depending on how many acres you plant, the Kinse meters are the way to go. I remember JD having a better meter, but parts are so easy to get for the Kinse.
