JD 720 Diesel

I found one of my fuel leaks it is coming out of the hole on top of the right pump, i haven't had a chance to check the seals on the transfer pump yet.
I talked with 2 cyl. diesel in Conway Mo. and he said that you need to do pump & inj. so they are matched up.
He said there was a copper gkt. that was probably leaking and i

might have a partly plug nozzle.
Where is the best place to have pumps & inj. rebuilt. The fellow i talk to in Mo. seem to know what he was talking about. I was just wondering if anyone has had any thing done at this place.

Roger down there at 2cyl plus knows them diesels inside and out. He use to work the injection pumps over but last time I was there and asked he had quit doing it.
He told you right with doing both at the same time. The copper gasket is in the head at the bottom of the hole where each injector goes in.

Flyer the copper gasket that he is talking about is the delivery valve gasket not the the ones that go in the head for the injs.. i dont know your zip code but if any where near Sioux Falls South Dakota call Dakota Diesel they can help you
