JD 737 Z-Trak

Working on a 737 Z-Trak with a 23 HP Kawasaki V-Twin. It had a dead miss on the left cylinder. Exhaust pipe was NOT hot shortly after starting. I removed the card and cleaned it. There was a little dirt but not much. Replaced the carb which got the cylinder to hitting But it also still misses from time to time. I swapped the plugs but the left cylinder still has the miss. I check the compression; left about 130 PSI, right about 150 PSI. I woulds like to set the valve clearance. Anyone know the specs. for the intake and exhaust clearance. All of the valves are above .020 inch.

probably bent a push rod. probably needs a new head. They have had a lot of problems with that.

I have had both valve covers off. Valve train looks OK except for WIDE clearance on the valves.
