got a 7410 jd and it is acting up sometimes starting in park sometimes not also sometimes it will start in neutral its is getting hard to shift up into the shuttle i would like to see about getting it addressed before it gets worse or wont start

Some models a little bigger than yours had some external linkage on the belly of the trans that would rust up or mud would pack in.
