JD 770 with woods 750 backhoe

I am considering buying a 1996ish John Deere 770 with 4wd and a woods 750 backhoe. General use around my 5 acres. Is the 770 large enough to handle the 3 point backhoe?

I have a Woods 650 3 point on my JD 750.

As long as I remember what I'm working with and don't try to go at things like I'm on a 20 ton excavator, it does fine.

You'll get a lot of guff about how hard it is on the tractor and how it's unsafe and how a subframe is critical and how you'd be better off renting one.

All I have to say to that is that I've been using that rig for more than 20 years. I'm still here, the tractor and hoe are still here, and we've gotten a LOT of work done together.
