JD 820 Issue

On my 820 2-cylinder tractor, I ve recently noticed that the tractor will move back and forth a couple inches on its own. This is with the engine running and shifter in neutral. The tractor moves by itself regardless if the clutch is engaged or not. I ve never seen or heard of this problem before especially with the tractor in neutral. Any idea what would cause this issue?

Sounds to me like it could be your tires are loaded, sloshing back and forth when stopped, like the tide coming in and going out.

Mine tends to bounce up & down, never noticed a back an forth movement.
