jd 965 wagon - need part

Does anyone know of a salvage yard that might have parts for this running gear?

I need the hitch. Hitch attaches to frame and to tie rod and tongue attaches to hitch.

Pics would definitely help. I have never heard of a 965 gear. Just a 963 and a 1065 so it is making me wonder what you have. Is it a casting or a fabricated steel piece? The 963 had welded steel and the 1065 was cast steel.

It is definitely a 965 and it is a welded assembly. It is the hitch. Tongue attaches to it and it to frame. Tie rod attaches to it.

Parts catalog (PC1452) is available to view at www.jdparts.com showing parts breakdowns and part numbers. Might as well look up what you need and post the part #, may as well even GOOGLE it, sometimes something will come up, but probably NOT for something this obscure.

Bob, I have already done that. Part number is aw16398. Green Store and some others have the part new for $400. I am trying to find a used one.
