Jd a power trol

I have a 48 jd a I am putting live hydraulics on and was wondering what line on the pump is the suction and what is the force. Also was wondering where in the power trol I can hook up a charlynn power steering orbit motor?

Generally on pumps the suction is the large port and the pressure is the small one.
The ones I saw retrofitted with power steering they ran a separate pump off the fan up front.
Also on a late A you can put an AR governor housing with a live pump on it. A 60 governor may also fit.

You can bolt a 60 powertrol box and governor with live pump right on a late model A. You can also use a 60 fanshaft and powersteering pump on a late A to run a power steering unit. Both are a bolt on and go.
