does anyone know how much to cut out of the intake rockers on a jd a to make them a ratio rocker? i can by 2.0 ones for like 300 each but i can make them cheaper than that if i know how much to take out

You can get a set of 4 rocker arms and 2 stands for $300 total. If you cut very much out of your stock ones to shorten them, your pushrods are going to hit the cylinder head.

cut them with a chop saw the width of the blade is just right...try to find & use the late "A" stamped steel rockers instead of the cast ones ...can get the part # later on if you need it...Kent
