JD BO linderman

I have questions about finding a correct age of this BO.. It is unstyled, so# 335450 on the tag by the mag, casting number on the block is B1360P. all doesn't add up. all seem to be different years manufacturing. What am I missing. This in a linderman track system

According to serial # chart on this forum you have a 1945 BO Linderman. You can for a price get 2 Cylinder club to research your crawlers serial # for more exact production date.

that is what I thought although the unstyled part is throwing me, From what I can find out is JD quit the unstyled in 38 unless linderman ordered them special from JD for their conversions.

The Lindrman Archives pages are still up and working.

Ted Adams passed away a few years ago but the site is still up and running. Lots of BO information there.

I don't see your SN listed but it was most likely in the batch of BO chassis sent to Yakima for conversion on 9/10/45. A total of 90 BOs were sent to Yakima for conversion in Srptember 1945.
