JD coupler conversion to Pioneer

Good afternoon!
I have 1979 JD3130 and I am trying to figure out what parts kit I need to convert my "JD" style breakaway couplers to Pioneer style. I am needing to reseal them anyway and figure if its not too much money I might consider switching them over to match my other equipment. Can someone help me figure it out. looking in JDparts book and getting confused. Do I only need AR80892?
