Does anyone have a manual or a seed rate chart for a JD DR208B grain drill? Dealer says they are no longer available.I also have a JD EODRB grain drill with a seed chart on it. Both drills look exactly the same, dealer thinks the seed rate chart should be the same for both. Also which one is the older drill.I use the DR208B because the disc are in the best shape.I only use this on 50 acres. thanks for any help!!!!!!!!!!

Call JD publications direct 1-800-522-7448 and get it yourself and later tell your dealer he is a BOZO! Tech pubs shows the manual for $30 paper or CD. Don't buy the parts book go to jdparts.com then parts catalog entering your model and download it in PDF file to save.

May not be the same as the DRB has larger box than the earlier DR. The DR stand for double run feed cups on both. Both should have the same feed cups and pineapple gear set and 20 openers on 8 inch spacings from number you posted. The DR is earlier has curved lid. The DRB was later with flat lid and larger box 22.5 bushels or 1350 pounds I know because have one. DRB was made in 1960s into early 70s till the 8000 series came out.

Hey Richard did you get a manual. Sorry I posted wrong ones yours is a DR-B drill not DR-A like I misread. Yeah JD doesn't have the metal lid charts now for some older drills anymore. Found my manual if you still need a chart. The DR-A manuals I have there is no charts just instructions and go by the chart on the lid for it. If you still need a lid chart might check with Burrells JD in Oklahoma too.
