I have a chart that lists the part number of each adapter across the top but does not show what they look like. The most common is what is called the 'horse head" but don't know if that is technically correct. I also have one that I use on a 80 blade that has a shorter reach and you can see the part number on that one.

Here are two more pics of 800 hitch mast parts that I saw at an auction, just wish I had realized what a gold mind of parts that was at that auction. Evidently many parts guys did as they came from all over the country to that auction.

The center link gets replaced by a long threaded bolt you probably could do the same with a hitch pin or make something work those top arms swing together

You need the goose neck, usually left bolted to the implement.

I believe the goose neck is pictured in Dan's pictures above. It's easy to make the gooseneck on the implement. Back when the only three-point hitch we had was an 801 on the G my uncle would weld one up.
